Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 05.08.2026
At AMPD Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data when you visit getampd.eu (the “Website”), when you request a call, and when we contact you by email.
This policy is prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2).
1. Who is the data controller?
Šnoflova ulica 15a
SI-2000 Maribor, Slovenia
VAT: SI62889702 · Registration number: 6764762000
Email: hello@getampd.eu
getampd.eu is operated by AMPD Ltd., the same company behind ampd.eu. Requests sent to either address reach the same team, and rights you exercise with one apply to both.
2. If we emailed you first
You may have arrived here from an email you did not ask for. This section explains that, because the GDPR requires us to tell you where we got your details when we did not get them from you (Article 14).
What we hold
- Business contact data: a work email address, usually in the form of a role or a named business mailbox, together with the company name and website.
- Research data: publicly observable facts about that company’s website — the pages it publishes, how those pages appear in search results, and how they compare to competitors.
Where it came from
Publicly available business sources: company websites and their published contact pages, public business registers, and publicly visible professional profiles. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not use data scraped from private groups, closed platforms, or breached sources.
Your right to object is absolute
Where we rely on legitimate interest for direct marketing, you can object at any time and we must stop. There is no balancing test and you do not need to give a reason. Reply stop to any email from us, or write to hello@getampd.eu.
When you object, we delete the research data and keep only the minimum needed to make sure we never contact you again: your email address on a suppression list. We keep that list indefinitely, because deleting it would mean contacting you by mistake later. You may ask us to delete the suppression entry too, and we will explain the consequence before we do.
3. If you book a call
The booking panel on this Website does not send anything to us. It opens your own email program with the details already written into a message. Nothing is transmitted, and nothing is stored on this Website, until you choose to press send in your own email program.
When that message arrives, we hold what you put in it: your name, the website you gave us, your email address, the slot you asked for, and anything else you chose to write.
4. If you browse the Website
Our hosting provider records standard server request data, including IP address, browser type and version, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the Website running and secure, and is not combined with anything else.
Fonts
This Website currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When it does, your IP address is transmitted to Google. If you would rather this did not happen, blocking fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com will not affect the Website’s function; only its appearance.
Analytics
If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, we measure which pages get read and for how long, so we can tell whether this page is doing its job. Nothing is loaded before you accept, and refusing costs you no functionality.
5. Who else has access
We use a small number of service providers (processors) with data processing agreements in place. We never sell your data.
| Provider | Service | Location | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Hosting | Germany (EU) | Serving this Website. |
| Google Ireland Ltd. | Fonts | Ireland / USA | Delivering typefaces. Receives your IP address. |
| Google Ireland Ltd. | Analytics 4 | Ireland (EU) | Measuring page performance. Only with your consent. |
| Email provider | Sending and receiving | EU | Carrying our correspondence with you. |
6. Cookies
Strictly necessary
One cookie, ampd_consent, records whether you accepted or refused analytics, so we do not ask again on every visit. It contains one word and expires after six months. It is set without consent because it exists only to honour your choice.
Analytics
Set only if you press “Accept analytics.” If you press “Reject,” none are set and none are loaded. You can change your mind at any time using “Manage consent” in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
7. How long we keep things
- Outreach research data: up to 6 months from collection, or immediately on objection.
- Correspondence and booking requests: 5 years after our last exchange, for business records.
- Suppression list: indefinitely, as explained in section 2.
- Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Server logs: short-term, for security and troubleshooting.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and ZVOP-2 you have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Write to hello@getampd.eu and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, SI-1000 Ljubljana) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The current version is always at getampd.eu/privacy, with the date of last update at the top.
